EAST Christchurch SSC maintained their excellent form in cup competitions this season when they accounted for Poole Borough 5-1 in the fourth round of the MA Hart Robbins Cup, writes Mike Fowler.

Jonny King struck twice for the FA Sunday Cup quarter-finalists, who are also through to the Mark Hart Sunday Cup final.

Dan Hancock, Mitch East and Jamie Trimble added one each, while Borough replied through Curtis Harrison.

Wiseguys will meet Alderney Manor in the MA Hart In-Excess Cup final at Hurn Bridge after their 4-2 victory over Bournemouth Sports Mercury.

Ollie Bolton struck twice for the 100 per cent Division Two championship contenders, with Fernando Da Silva and Steve Haime adding one each. Dave Cavill scored both Mercury goals.

Loch & Quay remain four points clear at the top of Division One after River Smith (2), Ethan Maddocks and Ollie Balmer gave them the upper hand 4-2 over JP Morgan, who replied through Josh Poulter and Juan Perusia.

Max Wilcock bagged a hat-trick when nearest rivals Abbey gave AFC Burton a 5-0 drubbing, with Joe Moore and Micky Hubbard adding one each.

Dan Dominy struck for West Howe in the other Division One game but Talbot Rangers were 5-1 winners thanks to a Rhys Newman hat-trick and a couple of goals from Dom Falco.

Alistair Garard, Ryan Christopher and Nathan Redwood netted for Division Two pacesetters AFC Stourvale but their unbeaten record was ruined when Alderney Manor toppled them 4-3 with goals from Aaron Carrivick, Scott Robertson, James King and Toby Williams.

Sam Holland notched a hat-trick on his debut for Parley Sports as they swept aside NMO 5-2. James Soulsby and Jon Vukcevic were the other Parley marksmen, while Liam Miller and Lee Baxter replied for the visitors.

Liam Holland and Dale Walters were the Newtown Athletic marksmen in their 2-0 win over Shoulder of Mutton, while Liam Phillips scored both goals when Rushmere shaded it 2-1 against AFC Wimborne, whose goal came via Adam Andrews.

Jamie Morgan struck twice for unbeaten Vienna Suttoners as they extended their lead at the top of Division Three to eight points by subduing Richmond Park Rangers 4-0, with Dave Brown and Brad Holland adding one each.

Ash Damen scored all three goals to give third-place Bournemouth Athletic the edge 3-2 against Poole Wanderers, who replied through Jack Braeman and Nick Burkmar.

Ben Collie’s hat-trick proved decisive when AFC East Christchurch emerged 5-2 winners against Tower Park. Tom Easom and Richard Sainsbury were the other East scorers, with Will Mills and David Milsom replying for Park.

Tailenders MK Interiors netted through Jamie Webber and Declan Rowlands but AFC Burton reserves got the better of them 3-2 with goals from Sam Young, Dan Bailey and Joe Sparks.

Vienna Suttoners reserves livewire Luke Scrimshaw bagged another hat-trick, increasing his tally to 14 goals in four games, when the Division Four frontrunners upended Canford Rovers 4-1.

Sam Purdy was also on target, with Luke Hall the Canford scorer.

Alex Hawey and Kingsley White plundered four each when promotion rivals Portchester crushed Redhill Rangers 10-2.

Elliott Pike and Shane Fox added one apiece for Ports with Shane Leopold and a Ricky Mee penalty providing some respectability for Redhill.

Jamie Wilson hit Morden for six when KB Sports blitzed them 9-1. Toby Ambrose (2) and an own goal polished off Morden, whose consolation came via Rhys Phillips.

Kirkfield United led three times with second-half goals from Matt Justice (2) and Leonardo Assaghi but Boscombe Celtic kept coming back and eventually emerged 5-3 winners to take over on top of Division Five.

Connor Picken tucked away a hat-trick for Celtic whose other goals came courtesy of Alex Rossi and John Bailey, the latter direct from a corner.

Christchurch Starre are four points behind the leaders in third place after Nick Burton, Andrew James, Jordi Gentle and Jamie Stanbury sank bottom-place Forest United 4-1.

Sam Lane struck for Parkstone Athletic but New Milton Borough overpowered them 5-1 thanks to Deano Bashford, Stephen Murphy, Sam Share and a couple of goals from Tyler Dale.

Upton Sociedad were also 5-1 winners when they scuppered Parkstone with Jamie Cooper and Ben Lees grabbing two each and Ryan Masson also getting on the scoresheet.

Division Six leaders Woodville Wanderers led with a 15th-minute strike from Aiden Carter but championship rivals Siemens forced a 1-1 draw thanks to Rhys Jessop’s second-half penalty.

Second-place JP Morgan reserves maintained their challenge by thrashing Boscombe Celtic reserves 6-0 with goals from Jon Asante (2), Joe Taylor (2), Matt James and Peter May.

Poole Rovers netted through George Richardson and George Burgess but Academy surprised them 3-2 with goals from Tom Stephen (2) and substitute Steve Pender.

Under-18 Division leaders Christchurch netted through Ben Hall but Ringwood Town toppled them 4-1 thanks to Jamie Quainton, Callum Gregory and a couple of goals from Alex Turner.
