A REPORT claiming Cherries had been tracking Manchester United’s Demetri Mitchell is understood to be wide of the mark.
The Mirror said the 22-year-old’s future had been uncertain at Old Trafford with Cherries and Burnley linked with possible moves.
However the Daily Echo understands Cherries are not in line to compete for the United academy graduate’s signature.

Manchester-born Mitchell has been with the Red Devils since he was a schoolboy.
He is currently on loan at Scottish Premiership outfit Hearts, where he has made 18 appearances this season.
Capable of playing either at left-back or on the left side of midfield, the Red Devils ace made his Premier League debut during United’s 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace in May 2017.
Capped at four youth levels by England, Mitchell was part of the Young Lions side which won the 2014 European Under-17 Championship alongside Cherries stars Lewis Cook and Dominic Solanke.
