DOMINIC Falco was the five-goal hero in Talbot Rangers’s 6-5 victory after extra-time against AFC Burton in an epic Mark Hart Sunday Senior Cup semi-final.

Falco gave Rangers a two-goal lead in the first half but Burton fought back in a rollercoaster contest to lead 5-4 in the extra time thanks to Sam Nash and Levi Ridealgh’s four-goal blitz.

Manny Ohameje equalised for Rangers in the second period of extra time before Falco scored the decisive goal in the closing minutes.

East Christchurch SSC will be Talbot’s opponents in the Hurn Bridge final.

Yusuf Akanni notched a hat-trick in JP Morgan reserves’ 5-1 triumph over Upton Sociedad in their MA Hart Nicholas Read Cup semi-final.

Lloyd Wallen scored the other two JP Morgan goals while Upton’s consolation came from Jamie Cooper.

Alex Rossi and Paul Bright bagged two apiece when Boscombe Celtic just got the better of a 5-4 thriller with Poole Rovers in the other semi-final.

Barry Campbell was the other Celtic scorer while Rovers replied through Joe Rendell, Josh Ridland, Lewis Worrell and an own goal.

Newtown Athletic will meet arch rivals Alderney Manor in an MA Hart In-Excess Cup semi-final showdown after they both won their respective third-round ties.

Newtown gave Richmond Park Rangers a 6-0 drubbing thanks to Ian Male, Aaron Stacey, Adam Janes, Jordan Manns and an own goal.

James King scored both Alderney Manor goals to give them the verdict 2-1 against Bearwood Broncos, who replied through Josh Carter.

James Setters netted for bottom side Forest United but it was not enough to give them their first point of the season.

Parkstone just got the better of them 2-1 with goals from George Gibbs and Matthew Knight.

Canford Rovers reserves went second in Division Six after Jordan Coltman (2), Luke Jones, Matt Pursey and Leyton Glover clinched a 5-1 victory over Quayside, whose consolation goal came from Alex Garnett.

Khaleel Graham led the way with a hat-trick in West Howe reserves’ 6-0 triumph over Longfleet with the other goals coming from Jarad King (2) and Troy Light.

In the Under-18 Endeavour Challenge Cup, Christchurch were 2-0 winners against Redhill Rangers.

Dylan Cooper bagged a hat-trick in Ringwood Town’s 6-0 hammering of Gosport Borough in the third round of the Hampshire Under-18 Cup.

Alex Turner, Chris Whalen, and Callum Gregory were also on target.
