CHERRIES young talent Jack Simpson made his England under-21s debut in a 5-1 victory over Denmark.
The 21-year-old completed 90 minutes for Aidy Boothroyd's team in Esbjerg.
Braces from Dominic Solanke and Dominic Calvert-Lewin along with Demarai Gray's strike ensured Simpson was on the winning side in his first Young Lions appearance.
The defender impressed in the match with his composure on the ball and range of passing.
Boothroyd called the Cherries academy graduate into the squad on Sunday after the 2-1 win against Italy last week.
Simpson's club team-mate Lewis Cook captained England during the friendly at Blue Water Arena before he was substituted in the 71st minute.
