MIDFIELDER Harry Arter has been recalled to the Republic of Ireland squad for UEFA Nations League matches against Denmark and Wales.

His inclusion for the Boys in Green comes following his reported row with assistant boss Roy Keane.

On loan at Cardiff from Cherries, the 28-year-old opted to miss the September fixtures against Wales and Poland following the bust-up with the former Manchester United star.

But Ireland manager Martin O'Neill said everyone was now looking to move on from that incident.

He said: "Roy and Harry have had a conversation. Harry is happy to be back and wants to put it behind him.

"He is happy with the outcome and looking forward to coming in."
