NASIM Meddah was the four-goal star when Wakanda knocked unbeaten Hayward Sunday League Division One leaders East Christchurch SSC off their perch in a resounding 7-2 triumph, writes MIKE FOWLER.

Sami Makhloufi, Abdulaziz Alhayan and Djamel Meddah were the other Wakanda marksmen with Dave MIdgley and Alex Whitehouse replying for the reigning champions.

Abbey were also 7-2 winners when they swept JP Morgan aside to take over in pole position on goal difference. Chris Long tucked away a hat-trick with Callum Perry (2), Dan Manuel and Max Wilcock also on target, while Jack Rutterford and Luke Brown replied for the visitors.

In the other Division One game, Kev Brennan struck for AFC Burton but West Howe gave them a 6-1 drubbing thanks to Ellis George, Jordan Whittle, Gareth Else, Sam Davis and a couple of goals from Marston Wortley.

Steve Flynn and Shane Sheridan plundered five and four goals, respectively, when 100 per cent Wiseguys hammered NMO 12-1 to maintain their four-point lead at the top of Division Two. Harry Payne, Fernando da Silva and John Taylor added one each for Wiseguys, with James Jose scoring NMO’s consolation goal.

Parley Sports occupy second place on goal difference after their 4-1 victory over Newtown Athletic through Max Evans, Peter Jones and a couple of goals from Shane Barney. Aaron Stacey was the Newtown scorer.

Louis Baker-Stroud and Will Gale struck for Shoulder of Mutton but AFC Stourvale got the better of them 3-2 thanks to Ryan Christopher and a Robbie Johnston brace.

James King struck twice with Scott Arnold and Danny Cook adding one each to give Alderney Manor the upper hand 4-2 against AFC Wimborne who replied through Adrian Groza and Jacob Beetham.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth Sports Mercury were 3-0 winners against Rushmere thanks to Matt Underwood and a couple of goals from Jacques Bernard.

Vienna Suttoners lead Division Three with maximum points after their 3-0 victory over MK Interiors thanks to Brad Connell’s brace and an own goal, while Matt McCrow settled the issue 1-0 for nearest rivals Bournemouth Athletic against Poole Wanderers.

AFC Burton reserves netted through Casey Bonsfield and a Luke Barnett hat-trick but Bearwood Broncos had the edge 5-4 thanks to Josh Carter, Jack Excell, Brad Bennett and a couple of goals from Jack Hammond.

Sam Broom’s hat-trick proved decisive when Tower Park shaded it 4-3 against AFC Fiveways. Charlie King was the other Tower Park marksman with Sam Fudge (2) and Ian Marshall replying for Fiveways.

Shane Fox notched a hat-trick to keep 100 per cent Portchester three points clear at the top of Division Four with a 3-1 success against Scott V. Alex Hawey was the other Portchester marksman with Jonah Langton replying.

Harry Gibson let fly with a four-goal blast when nearest rivals KB Sports gave Morden a 9-1 drubbing. Mac Raney, Parker Ross, Trevon Davies, Kenny Wilson and Hugh Clark were the other KB marksmen with Nick Creech providing some consolation for Morden.

Vienna Suttoners reserves were also 9-1 winners when Brad Aspin (2), Darren Berry (2), Jason Locke (2), Matt Butler, David Price and Roger Gosby put paid to Branksome Liberal whose goal came from Mikey Richardson.

Bradley Miles struck twice for Canford Rovers but Poole Borough preserved their perfect record when Zac Barnes, Mike Collins and Solomon Dyson gave them the edge 3-2.

Goals from Chris Ashford and Brad Gale were not quite enough to save West Mullen from a 4-2 defeat against Redhill Rangers whose goals came via Josh Bush, Connor Doe, James Vallory and Mitchell Cannings.

Jamie Holland and Charlie Ryan both bagged hat-tricks when 100 per cent Divison Five high-fliers Grange Athletic poleaxed Forest United 9-1. Billy Rigler, Richard Witherington and Jordan Addoo added one each for Grange with Aiden Glover replying.

Despite going two down in the opening 10 minutes, Boscombe Celtic recovered to subdue AFC New Star 6-3 and go second in the table. John Bailey (2), Alex Rossi (2), Ben Di Verdi and Jorge Correira were the Celtic marksmen with Daryl Whitbread (2) and Steve Devine replying for New Star.

Ivan Petrasko grabbed a hat-trick when Christchurch Starre banged in eight without reply against New Milton Borough with Jamie Stanbury, Nick Burton, Sam Griffiths, Jason Harris and Anton Pavlovicius adding one each.

John Harris and Josh Jones netted for Kirkfield United but Upton Sociedad were 5-2 winners thanks to Ben Lees, Alex Airey, Oscar Cluett and a couple of goals from Jamie Cooper.

Woodville Wanderers are three points clear at the top of Division Six after Luke Scoble, Joe Cochrane, Matt Whitcher, Leon Samson and Aiden Carter ensured a 5-1 victory over Academy, whose consolation goal came from Liam Connor.

Siemens maintained their perfect record when they subdued Canford Rovers reserves 3-0 with goals from Rhys Jessop, Will Johnson and Dave Penn, as did Longfleet when they swept Boscombe Celtic Reserves aside courtesy of Tyler Sang’s brace and an own goal.

Jon Asante and Joe Taylor both nabbed hat-tricks when JP Morgan reserves hammered Quayside 10-0, with Dan Hunter and Lloyd Wallen adding two each.

The MA Hart Robbins Cup produced yet another upset when Division Three Richmond Park Rangers bowed out in the first round after Division Five Parkstone Athletic surprised them 2-0 with goals from Reece Miller and Jon Sebbar.

Under-18 Division high-fliers Ringwood Town netted through Dylan Cooper but Christchurch got the better of them 2-1 thanks to goals from Finlay Evans and Rob Donohoe.

Hamworthy Recreation are the new leaders after the 5-1 victory over Redhill Rangers, whose consolation goal came from Jude Butler.

Giacomo Bigazzi was the five-goal star of Lymington Town’s 10-0 triumph over Poppies with the other goals coming via Jason Walbanke (2), Jack Stride (2) and Harry Shapcott.
