CHERRIES boss Eddie Howe described as “clever and creative” Blackburn Rovers danger man Bradley Dack.

The talented 24-year-old could line up against the Dorset club when the sides tomorrow meet at Vitality Stadium in the Carabao Cup third round (7.45pm).

Former Gillingham ace Dack was named League One player of the year last season as Rovers secured promotion to the Championship.

The attacking midfielder has scored six times in seven games this campaign and has also registered four assists.

Howe told the Daily Echo: “He has done very well for them. He is a very clever and creative player.

“They have a nice balance up front with good options. Danny Graham is still doing very well and they have a number of other players who are performing well.

“I expect nothing less than a Blackburn team coming here and playing good football.”

Howe is set to be without Charlie Daniels and Dan Gosling, with both still nursing knee and calf problems, respectively.

“We will look at the team and try to make the right calls. There are players who are desperate to play and desperate for an opportunity,” added the Cherries boss.

“You might ask one or two to go again and see if they can react well to the disappointment of the game against Burnley.”
