TEAM boss Neil Middleditch admits the absence of Pirates’ Danish duo for the clash with Swindon has increased the pressure on his side.

Nicolai Klindt – a key figure in Poole’s surge into the play-off reckoning – and reserve Frederik Jakobsen are racing in their homeland tomorrow.

Reserve Kacper Woryna is likely to cover two of Klindt’s rides with Richie Worrall and Josh Grajczonek almost certainly taking the other two.

Guest Mark Riss, who rides for Ipswich in the SGB Championship – is also eligible.

Reflecting on his missing Danes, Middleditch told the Daily Echo: “That’s going to be hard. Mark is a good little rider but there is nothing like having your own riders.

“Kacper can have two extra rides and Richie and Josh can have an extra ride so we have it covered. But Nicolai is in such good form that it is difficult to replace him.

“That puts added pressure on us.

“Rosco will be saying to his boys that there will never be a better time to catch the Pirates napping.”

Swindon have problems of their own at reserve with Jack Smith having failed to score in five of his past six meetings.

The Robins are fourth in the league table and were well beaten at Wolverhampton on Monday.
