MANAGER Eddie Howe has taken his first steps towards reshaping his squad for Cherries’ debut season in the Premier League by revealing his retained list.
Howe has released no fewer than six players, while back-up goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan has expressed a desire to seek first-team opportunities elsewhere.
Ian Harte, Miles Addison, Josh McQuoid, Joe Partington, Mohamed Coulibaly and Benji Buchel have all been told they will not be offered fresh terms.
Goalkeeper Ryan Allsop, who spent time on loan with Coventry this season, is expected to be offered terms on a new 12-month contract.
