DORSET animal rescue charity Margaret Green is hoping to find forever homes for the pets in its care.

Buzz is a four-year-old ex racing greyhound. He is very friendly with a lovely temperament and adores cuddles. He loves his toys (squeaky balls are his favourite) and he enjoys walks. He can live with other sighthounds and older children but he'd rather not live with cats.

Sara is a one-year-old Collie cross. She's a little nervous when she first meets someone so she's looking for a home that will help her build her confidence. She'd be happy living with another dog, possibly a cat, and teenage children.

Sam is a two-year-old Pointer cross. He's really playful with his fellow canine friends so the staff think that he could happily live with another dog. He'd like a calm home and could live with teenage children but not cats.

Ginge is a sweet, 10-year-old cat - unless he is seeing a vet! He'd like a quiet home with no other pets. He does have a high heart murmur so, if you are interested in rehoming him, please give Margaret Green a call to discuss it on 01929 480474.

Milly is four years old. She's a very friendly and affectionate cat once she gets to know you but can be a bit wary at first. She would need to be the only pet but could live with older children.

Finally, Mitzy is a seven-year-old feline who is fairly outdoorsy but loves her home comforts too. She likes to bring her humans 'presents' so her forever home will have to be ok with that. She would need an adult-only home with no other pets.
