Night Air lit up the skies for the final dusk display of the Bournemouth Air Festival 2017.
With thousands of people staying on for the evening after a sunny day on the beach, the Twister Duos brought a hushed sense of calm as it swept over the crowd.
Dipping and turning at every opportunity the aircraft finished their turn with a stunning heart shape over the seafront.
Next up was Otto the Helicopter, a new favourite to the Air Festival.
Seemingly anonymous at first, Otto soon whirled into action, firstly with smoke and a search light and then an explosion of fireworks.
A spectacular of colour, the performance drew its equal share of gasps, giggles and applause when it had finished.
The Red Devils Parachute Regiment were the grand finale, with their eye-catching red flares and graceful motion through the skies.
