CHANGES have been made to the Wimborne Square enhancement programme.
New paving has been laid in High Street and the ‘events area’ is taking shape under the £410,000 project, which began in February.
Work will continue in West Borough next week. Then West Street will shut on Tuesday, April 10, for two weeks.
Carriageway surfacing will be completed in the Square and West Borough in early May, followed by East Borough, the Square and High Street.
Affected roads, plus the High Street car park and Mill Lane, will be closed during the evenings for this stage. The revamp should be finished by May 14.
