A PHOTOGRAPH has been unveiled at Bournemouth Little Theatre Club to commemorate its long association with former mayor Keith Rawlings.
The picture, which has been put up at the club’s premises in Jameson Road, Winton, marks the fact that Keith was a member and great supporter of the club for nearly 60 years.
Keith, who died in December, moved to Bournemouth in 1955 specifically to join the club and remain a stalwart of it for decades, acting in, writing and directing plays.
In 1997 he made a sizeable donation to pay for the rake of the auditorium and he even met his wife Eileen at the club.
The unveiling was attended by Keith’s wife Eileen who is pictured with Don Gent.
