Ralph Millward’s grieving father Ken told the Echo: “I would have hanged them.

“I have always believed in life for a life.”

The 78-year-old from Boscombe said: “I can’t forgive them for what they did.

“I go to church and the minister said you must forgive, and I said ‘never’.”

Mr Millward is a frail men who lives in sheltered accommodation.

He has a computer but did not want the Echo to show him the Facebook postings by killers Crago and Real.

“It won’t bring Ralph back,” he said.

“I’d rather forget about them and get on with my own life.”

Mr Millward said the vast majority of young people are “good, clean living boys.”

“I can’t say a word against them,” he said, “but you get exceptions.”

He said Ralph was not the perfect son and he had not spoken to him for quite a few years before the attack.

But he said: “How much do I think about it? How long is a piece of string? I still shed tears.”
