A FIRE which broke out in the ground floor a house in Southbourne is believed to have been started deliberately.
Firefighters were called after smoke was seen coming from the home in Belle Vue Crescent at 2.20pm on Tuesday, July 5.
The first floor bedrooms, stairs and landing were damaged by fire and there was severe smoke damage throughout the property.
