CHRISTCHURCH-based folk rockers State of Undress end their touring year with a home town festive flourish at the Regent Centre, on December 8.
“It’s definitely a Christmas concert with a difference,” says Charlie Rose, lead singer and co-songwriters. “We put our own original music into a Christmas context with readings and anecdotes and of course, we have our own Christmas songs, Christmas Round Ours and our new single, The Legend of Christmas Eve.” The new single is released tomorrow as a download.
Next year, State of Undress have already lined up some prestigious gigs including the Old Gaffers Festival in Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight in June and July’s Tall Ships Race Festival in Waterford, Ireland.
