IT WAS definitely more treat than trick as Purbeck schoolchildren celebrated the end of term with a spooky tuck sale.
Pupils at Yarrells School in Upton bought in sweets and baked cakes to be sold to raise money for Poole Hospital’s Wish List charity.
The dozens of homemade cakes were also judged in a bakery competition, with prizes dished out for first, second and third.
Children also dressed up in ghoulish Halloween outfits and were joined by head Natalie Covell who donned her witches hat for the occasion.
The event was organised by the school’s student council.
