A PROFESSIONAL cookery diploma at Bournemouth and Poole College is one of only eight to gain accreditation from the National Skills Academy for Hospitality.
The course content and delivery of cookery programmes earned the course the accolade.
Students train in fully operational kitchens that service the Escoffier restaurant, which opens its doors for the new term on October 6.
