COUSINS KENNETH Kathy would like to thank Dr.A'Ness and the district nurses from Poole Road Surgery, the OT's Nicky Hiles, Janet Allem and Sue Spillar from Social Services, the Rapid Response Team, Dr Battcock from Poole Hospital, the carers from Agincare, Marie Curie and all family and friends with a special thank you to Stuart, Geoffrey, Migs, Cynthia and Kazie who supported her throughout. Thank you for all your floral tributes and kind messages of condolence following the sad loss of Kenneth. Please accept this as my personal and sincere message of thanks.
