AN investigation is underway after fly-tipping was reported in Ringwood.
New Forest District Council said an investigation is underway after rubbish was reported in Ellingham Drove last month.
The council said fly-tipping can harm wildlife and create hazards, and if someone is removing rubbish on your behalf, you should check their licence number and ask for a receipt.

A spokesperson for New Forest District Council said: "This fly-tip was reported on Ellingham Drove in Ringwood last month and is currently being investigated.
"Fly-tipping can harm the environment, put wildlife at risk, and create hazards for people.
"To help prevent fly-tipping, if you arrange for someone to remove rubbish on your behalf, please ask to see a waste carrier licence, check the licence number, and make sure you get a receipt.
"To check whether a waste carrier licence number is valid, search online for the Environment Agency's Register of Waste Carriers, Brokers and Dealers."
