Costa Coffee has applied for permission to place tables outside a store in Bournemouth.

The coffee shop, located at 42-44 Commercial Road, Bournemouth has applied for a pavement café licence.

A notice published on August 19 says any objection about the application should be made within 28 days of the date of the notice.

Residents wishing to object, must write to BCP Council, Planning and Transport, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY and specify the grounds of the objection, the name and address of the person making it and must be signed by them or their agent.

Objections outside of the allowed time period the council may consider it if there is sufficient reason why the objection was not made within the stated time period.

A copy of this notice, and further information about the application may be examined at: The Customer Service Centre, Civic Centre, Bournemouth. Monday to Thursday between 9am and 4:30pm and on Friday 9am to 4pm.
