A property data specialist has expanded its operations to support law firms in a growing region.
X-Press Legal Services has launched new services in Dorset and the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area, offering property searches, compliance support, and specialist reporting to firms handling residential, commercial, and rural transactions.
The expansion is led by franchise owner Linda Mannion, who has operated X-Press Legal Services across Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire, and Swindon for 20 years and built a reputation for reliable, expert-led conveyancing support.
