A Vietnamese restaurant chain is turning up the heat with the world’s first-ever pink sriracha sauce.
Pho, which has a restaurant in Bournemouth, has teamed up with condiment brand SABZU to offer the exclusive hot sauce across its restaurants nationwide until the end of August.
The eye-catching sauce gets its vibrant colour from hibiscus flower and is made using white Thai chillies grown in northern Thailand.
Libby Andrews, marketing director at Pho, said: "Not only does the new SABZU Pink Sriracha look amazing, it is delicious and so fun for summer.
