A Dorset farmer-turned-entrepreneur and Britain's Got Talent winner is set to share his story of business transformation at a regional leaders’ event this autumn.
Ben Chick, a third-generation farmer from Sixpenny Handley and founder of Chalk & Padel, will speak at the Evolve Leaders Lunch on Friday, October 2, at Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth.
In conversation with Evolve founder Warren Munson, Mr Chick, part of the Britain's Got Talent-winning Hawkstone Choir, will discuss how he balanced his family’s long-standing farming business while launching Dorset’s first rural indoor padel, wellbeing, and community hub.
He will also reflect on overcoming major health challenges and redefining entrepreneurship and wellbeing.

Mr Chick said: "I've always believed that some of the best opportunities come from being willing to try something different.
"Diversifying the family farm business has challenged me to think differently about what the future of rural enterprise could look like."
Mr Munson said Mr Chick’s story offers lessons in "reinvention, resilience, and having the confidence to build something new while respecting the legacy of what's come before."
He said: "At a time when many business owners are thinking about growth, diversification, and what comes next, I think that Ben’s story will offer both inspiration and focus that many of us will relate to."
