A beloved luxury salon brand is expanding into footwear with the acquisition of a boutique shoe store.

Dana and Kevin Quinlan, who run the Canford Cliffs-based Dana Quinlan Hair salon, have taken ownership of House of Heels in Westbourne, a long-standing independent retailer known for its European and British footwear collections.

Dana Quinlan said: "Hair, shoes, jewellery, it's all part of the same story.

"When a client sits in my chair, I'm already thinking about the whole look.

"Now we can be part of that journey from head to toe.

"But more than anything, it comes down to listening, really listening, and making sure every single person who walks through that door leaves feeling their best."

Ms Quinlan was born in Kosovo and trained in Austria before building a career in London’s film and fashion industry.

She has worked on movie sets, fashion weeks, and television programmes, such as Strictly Come Dancing, and brings an international perspective to her work.

She trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy and is regarded as one of the UK’s top colour correction specialists.

The Canford Cliffs salon has earned a reputation as one of the area’s most trusted destinations for hair care and styling.

House of Heels is the latest addition to the growing Dana Quinlan brand.
