OVERJOYED fans took to the streets of Bournemouth on Saturday night as England’s win sparked scenes of celebration across the town centre.
Following England's win against Norway on the evening of July 11, people flocked out of town centre pubs before gathering outside the George Tapps on Old Christchurch Road.
In the sea of England tops, the football fans were seen singing, dancing, going on each others shoulders and even climbing onto vehicles parked on the road.
One man named Michal watched the game in Lansdowne before heading down to Old Christchurch Road to see what was going on.
He said: "I went to see what was going on.
"There was a massive crowd and there were a lot of people singing."
He added that it was loud, but that it was nice to see everyone together.
He added that just before he headed back up to Lansdowne, the police showed up, but he didn't manage to catch what happened next.
After beating Norway 2-1, England will next be playing Argentina at their World Cup semi-final match at 8pm on Wednesday July 15.
