Poole: KFC wants to serve late-night refreshments until 5am

Supercharger South Limited submitted an application for the premises at 405–407 Ashley Road in Poole to have a premises licence allowing it to serve indoors and outdoors.

The application was submitted on June 24, and wants the provision of late-night refreshments both indoors and outdoors, from Monday to Sunday, from 11pm to 5am the next day.

The KFC’s new opening hours will be Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5am the following day.

The public has until July 22 to make any representations concerning this application.

These should be submitted in writing to the licensing team at Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA, or via email to licensing@bcp-council.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
