BCP Council is looking for a community centre operator with a history of developing new facilities, building community services, and generating income from activities from scratch.
The chosen operator will be in charge of the centre’s day-to-day management, delivering services to a set specification, and generating income from room hires, grants, and donations.
The operator will be awarded a contract with a start date set for September 14, 2026, running through to August 31, 2030.
Interested parties can register until the deadline of 5pm on July 31, 2026, on the suppling the southwest procurement portal.
