If granted, the licence would come into effect from August 1.
Representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Team, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY, or via email to licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
All representations must be received by July 21.
The full application record is available for public inspection at the Civic Centre, between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, or via the BCP Council website.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
