A convenience store in Poole has seen 'extremely encouraging' positive feedback since opening last month.
Go Local Poole, part of the Go Local franchise operated by Parfetts Limited, officially opened on May 9, on the high street by Mohamed Ameen, who also runs MK Express in Southampton.
The store aims to provide 'a modern, community-focused convenience store with competitive pricing and reliable everyday services'.
Mr Ameen said: "We saw a strong opportunity to provide a modern, community-focused convenience store with competitive pricing and reliable everyday services.

"The location is busy, accessible, and surrounded by local residents and businesses, making it an ideal place to serve the community."
He added that the store had been designed to be user-friendly for everyone, including elderly residents and those in wheelchairs, with wider aisles and clear product placement.
Go Local Poole offers PayPoint services, parcel services such as Amazon Pickup, Collect+, and Yodel, and is in the process of introducing newspaper services.
Since its opening, the store has received positive feedback from the community, with many customers reportedly appreciating the pricing and service.
Mr Ameen highlighted the store's commitment to maintaining excellent value while fostering a welcoming environment.
The store's long-term goal is to become a 'reliable, welcoming, and trusted place' that supports the local community.
