The application is also looking to remove some conditions from the existing licence.
The public has until June 17 to provide feedback on the application.
Feedback must be submitted to BCP Council's Licensing Team by emailing licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
The public can also view the application record between 9am and 4pm from Monday to Friday at BCP Council's offices on Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth.
The record can also be viewed on the BCP Council website.
Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
