The Old Post Office, at 9 Post Office Road, has had a premises licence applied for by Falkeoje Events Limited.

The company has applied for a premises licence that would allow the sale of alcohol, the performance of live and recorded music, and late-night refreshments.
If approved, the licence would cover the sale of alcohol from 10am to 1.30am, from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
It also proposes live music from 10am to 11pm, recorded music and dance performances from 10am to 2am, and late-night refreshments from 11pm to 2am.
The changes would come into effect from May 1.
Anyone wishing to make representations must submit them in writing to BCP Council’s licensing team at the Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL, by April 23.
Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
