The request is to allow the sale of alcohol, for both on-site and takeaway consumption, every day from 11am to midnight.
The application also covers playing recorded music both inside and outdoors, and late-night refreshments every day from 11pm to midnight.
Details about the proposal can be examined by contacting Dorset Council in Dorchester, or by emailing licensing@doisetcouncil.gov.uk.
Those interested in the application have until April 17 to communicate their thoughts and concerns in writing.
Submissions must clearly address one or more of the four licensing objectives outlined in the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, with offences punishable by an unlimited fine.
