Anuj Christie, head of store operations at Southern Co-op, said: "For many, Easter is a time for reconnecting with family and friends, and we're pleased to have the majority of our stores open and operating as usual so customers can pick up what they need throughout the bank holiday."
The convenience retailer said stores will be stocked with a range of seasonal staples, from hot cross buns and a chocolate egg to extra potatoes for Easter Sunday lunch.
Customers are encouraged to check specific opening times for their nearest store using the Southern Co-op store locator, available at the Southern Co-Op website.
