A new tapas and wine spot in Bournemouth is seeking a premises licence to sell alcohol.

Michael Davies has submitted an application to BCP Council to sell alcohol at 585 Tapas & Wine on 585 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 4AD.

If approved, the venue would sell alcohol between 9am and 11pm from Monday to Sunday.

The application, if approved, will take effect from April 9.

The deadline for any objections or comments regarding this proposal is also April 9.

These must be sent in writing to BCP Council's Licensing Team at the Civic Centre, Bournemouth, or via email to licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).

The Application Record may be viewed between 9am and 4pm between Monday to Friday at the above address or website.
