The request also includes permission for late-night refreshments indoors.

If approved, the restaurant would operate under the new terms Monday to Sunday and serve until 12am in the case of alcohol, and until 1am for food.
The application was submitted on February 22.
Residents and other interested parties have until March 22 to put forward any views or objections to the proposal.
Anyone wishing to make representations about the application is required to contact the council's licensing team.
