Shanty Spirit Ltd has applied to BCP Council to alter its licence to include a tap room at Arthur Brays Yard, Poole (Unit M, BH15 1HT).

If approved, the company will offer live and recorded music (indoors and outdoors) from 9am to 11.30pm, Monday to Sunday, and late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 11pm to 11.30pm, Monday to Sunday.

The proposal also includes selling alcohol for consumption on the premises from 11am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.

For off-premises sales, the hours would be extended from 8am to 11pm daily.

They also want all licensable activities on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Poole Quay events to run to 1am.

Residents have until March 13 to share their views in writing.
