FIREFIGHTERS rushed to a town centre property after an electronic item exploded inside.
A power bank which exploded in the Swanage town centre property, caused a fire at around 11pm on Saturday, October 27.
Damage was also caused to the wall and floor of the home
When firefighters arrived, the fire had been put out and the room was ventilated.
A spokesperson for Swanage Fire Station said: “Remember that if you have these types of items to always use the correct charger and don't charge them overnight.”
