A POOLE building company is celebrating 40 years of collective service between employees.

Despite being founded only ten years ago, MC Plan & Site Services is celebrating a collective 40 years of four-valued team members, each marking ten years with the company this year.

Although their head office is in Poole, MC Plan & Site Services operates across England and Wales and aims to provide personalised and professional building control services to all of their clients.

Jamie Edwards, Toni Cook, Tony Pound and Paul Adams have contributed 40 years between them and have been a source of the company’s success and growth since its start.

Jamie Edwards, building control manager, joined in June 2014 as the company's first employee and oversees building control operations.

Toni Cook, finance manager, has also been a part of MC Plan & Site Services since its early days, and has ensured stability and continued financial growth.

Tony Pound and Paul Adams, who are both senior building control surveyors, and have been instrumental in providing training and shaping technical expertise within the company.

Founder Mark Cooke said: “We are incredibly fortunate to have such talented and committed individuals as part of our team.
