A MAN in his 60s was punched in the face and taken to hospital for treatment of injuries after a fight at a Christchurch pub.
At around 10.30pm on Friday, September 27, an altercation occurred around the entrance to the Stourvale Inn on Christchurch Road.
During the incident, a man in his 60s was punched in the face and was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries to his face and shoulder.
Officers are issuing an image of a man they would like to speak to as they investigate the alleged assault.
Police constable Rio Baker of Bournemouth East and Christchurch police said: “We are investigating this incident and have obtained an image of a man who we would like to speak to as part of our enquiries.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding his identity to please contact us.”
