A NEW Asian bakery offering eye-catching baked goods is opening in Bournemouth town centre.
Lan's Bakery was established in 2015 by Ms. Lan Ngo, a former fashion designer who discovered her true passion in crafting picturesque cakes for her children.
The new bakery in the town centre is on a mission to bring together high-quality, healthy ingredients and artisanal cake decoration.
It specialises in Asian desserts, special occasion cakes, drinks and homemade yogurts.
Speaking on the new venture, owner Lan said: “I decided to open this bakery because I wanted a nice place for the people of Bournemouth to enjoy and eat in . I also wanted to introduce new desserts and artistic cakes. We also sell Bánh Mì because it’s one of my favourite Vietnamese dishes ; a baguette with savoury fillings.
She added: “It’s a beautiful place that I have been familiar with for a long time. It also hasn’t got a bakery like mine yet in there and I want to be part of Bournemouth’s great community.
“It has always been my dream since I was young so I am extremely excited and happy that I am finally opening after years of perfecting my cakes.
“At Lan's Bakery, we're on a mission to spread joy, one deliciously crafted treat at a time. As skilled cake artisans, we're dedicated to perfecting the art of traditional baking, using only the finest ingredients to create mouth-watering masterpieces that delight the senses.
“Our vision is to create a warm and inviting haven where friends and family can gather to savour the simple pleasures in life.
“We believe that every bite should be a taste of love, care, and community. That's why we pour our hearts into every cake, pastry, and bread that leaves our oven.”
Lan’s Bakery will soon open its doors to customers on 75 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on September 29.
