THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
OLIVER PEARCE, 25 and of Poole, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Exeter Road in Bournemouth on June 22. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £576, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £230 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ZOE PFLANZ, 46 and of Selkirk Close in Poole, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Sandbanks Road in Poole on June 21. She was disqualified from driving for 19 months. She was also fined £864, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £346 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KARN CHHIBER, 34 and of Halewood Grove in Birmingham, admitted theft from the person of another after stealing two mobile phones, a passport, money and clothing from a woman at the Royal Bath Hotel in Bath Road in Bournemouth on December 15, 2023. He admitted assault by beating at the Royal Bath Hotel in Bath Road in Bournemouth on December 15, 2023. He was fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £96 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
RICHARD TUBBS, 41 and of Barnes Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, on the A338 Spur Road in Bournemouth on February 28. He was disqualified from driving for 39 months. He was also fined £1000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £400 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
SIMON FOSTER, 50 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted using a motor vehicle / trailer in a condition likely to cause danger of injury in Brudenell Road in Poole on December 23, 2023. He admitted three counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, Cocaine and Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in Brudenell Road in Poole on December 23, 2023. He admitted a further three counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, cocaine and Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth on March 9. He admitted two counts of possession of a controlled drug of Class A, namely 5.07g of cocaine in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth on March 9, and 13.49g of cocaine in Poole on December 24, 2023. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B, namely 0.87g of cannabis in Poole on December 23, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until September 18, 2025, and disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was also fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MARTIN JACK, 40 and of Adrian Road in Glenrothes, admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road after refusal of grant / revocation of driving licence on account of disability in Burton Road in Christchurch on May 8. He admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in Burton Road in Christchurch on May 8. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
