A STAFF member at a Bournemouth hotel has been nominated for a Boutique Hotelier Award.
Poppy Eyes has been nominated for the unsung hero category in recognition of her exceptional contributions to the UK hospitality industry.
The shortlist was announced on September 12 and the ceremony will take place in London on October 15.
Lukasz Dwornik, managing director of The Nici Group, expressed his pride in Poppy's nomination, saying: "Poppy exemplifies the dedication and passion that drives our team. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to connect with guests truly make her an unsung hero in our industry."
