THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
CALLUM DAVID ANDERSON, 24 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from a period of imprisonment. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
PAUL ROBERT SPILLAR, 45 and of no fixed address, admitted stealing items from Marks and Spencer in Station Road in New Milton between June 2 and June 20. He was ordered to pay compensation of £90.70
LAURIE SOMERS, 36 and of Avon Road in Charminster, admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place, namely a locking knife, in Asda at St Paul’s Road in Bournemouth on March 12. He admitted theft from a shop after stealing alcohol from Asda at St Paul’s Road in Bournemouth on March 12. He was handed a three month prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
LEWIS BALE, 38 and of Kimmeridge Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing two bags of sand valued at £29.58 from Jolley’s Pet Shop in Poole on December 11, 2023. He admitted burglary other than dwelling after entering the till area of Jolley’s Pet Shop in Poole and stealing £465.01 in cash on December 11, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until August 22, 2025. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay compensation of £494.59.
JASMINE DAVIS, 35 and of Hamilton Road in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of theft from a shop after stealing beauty products to the value of £150 from Boots in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on March 19, and stealing groceries to the value of £5.35 from Asda Express in Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth on July 13. She was ordered to pay compensation of £155.35.
KRISTI RRAPAJ, 26 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a taxi to the value of £2588.28 in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on December 13, 2023. They were conditionally discharged for a period of six months and ordered to pay compensation of £1200.
PAUL SPILLAR, 45 and of Bournemouth, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a pedal bike to the value of £59.99 in Poole on August 22. He was ordered to pay compensation of £59.99.
BEN DEFAYE, 33 and of no fixed address, admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely two police officers, in Bourne Close in Bournemouth on November 5, 2023. He admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely BZE, in Bourne Close in Bournemouth on November 5, 2023. He admitted aggravated vehicle taking and vehicle damage in in Bourne Close in Bournemouth on November 5, 2023. He admitted two counts of criminal damage to property after damaging a Polo car and a police vehicle in Bourne Close in Bournemouth on November 5, 2023. He was jailed for 30 weeks and disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £384.99.
PAUL MARTIN, 39 and of Chesil View in Weymouth, admitted breach of a domestic violence protection order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on August 14. He was fined £50.
