A TRAIN stopped in Wareham after reports of a passenger being taken ill.
The line towards Bournemouth is blocked while the Southwestern Ambulance service attends the incident.
A spokesperson for Southwestern Railway said: “We have been informed that a passenger has taken ill onboard a train at Wareham.
“Until the person's condition has been assessed by staff from the Ambulance Service the train is unable to continue its journey.
“For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.
“We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey.”
There is also a trespass on the railway, causing trains to run at reduced speed on all lines.
A spokesperson for SWR said: “We have been informed of a trespasser on the railway between Wareham and Wool.
“Whilst our teams assist the individual to a place of safety, trains have to run at a reduced speed on all lines.
“For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.
“We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey.”
