THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
LESLEY GRIFFITHS, 58 and of Frost Road in Bournemouth, admitted racially / religiously aggravated intentional harassment / alarm / distress - words / writing in Moore Avenue in Bournemouth on February 4. She was fined £180 and ordered to pay compensation of £100.
KELLY BIGNELL, 44 and of Alumhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place, namely a 9cm kitchen knife, in Upper Hinton Road in Bournemouth on April 27. She admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely heroin, in Upper Hinton Road in Bournemouth on April 27. She admitted fraud by false representation after using another person’s bank card at Square News in Richmond Hill in Bournemouth and at Thunderbolt Stores in Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth on February 15. She was handed an 18 week prison sentence suspended for six months.
SHENIT KURIAKOSE, 39 and of Campbell Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by constable / traffic warden, and driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely with 58 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, at Frizzell Roundabout in Poole on May 22. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £461, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £184, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
CALLUM MCGOLDRICK, 35 and of Wareham, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 58 ug/100ml, in Moretons Lane in Wareham on May 28. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B, namely 1g of Ketamine, in Moretons Lane in Wareham on May 28. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also fined £525, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £210 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
TOMASZ GAJDAMOWICZ, 32 and of West Bay, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Uplyme Road in Lyme Regis on November 30, 2023. He was handed an 18 week prison sentence suspended for 18 months and a restraining order was made for the victim, lasting until August 6, 2026. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ARRIAN KAVEH, 36 and of St Thomas Street in Weymouth, was found guilty of breaching a domestic violence protection order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on July 29. He was fined £50.
TYLER JOHN SMALLEY, 18 and of no fixed address, admitted being in breach of the requirements of a supervision default order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 30. He was jailed for ten days.
