AN ANIMAL charity is hosting its popular dog show, which will return to Wareham in August.
Margaret Green Animal Rescue will host its Country Dog Show at Church Knowle Rehoming and Visitor Centre on August 4.
The event promises a ‘fun filled day for all the family and their four-legged friends.’
There will be a number of dog show classes to enter, including waggiest tail, best rescue and most appealing eyes.
The day will also see the return of the have-a-go-agility and doggy dash, as well as activities for children, including face painting, rehome a teddy and glitter tattoos.
Gates will open at 11am, with entry priced at £5 per adult and £2 for children (up to 12 years old), with dog show classes priced at £2 each.
All funds raised on the day will help towards the rescue, care and rehabilitation of the many animals that the charity looks after each year across the region.
Further details about MGAR’s Country Dog Show are available on the charity’s website at mgar.org.uk/CountryDogShow2024.
