THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

HARRY FLYNN WARWICK, 20 and of Keysworth Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on May 15. The original community order was revoked, and he was sentenced to prison for two months suspended for 12 months.

KIERAN JOHN MRUK, 33 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on September 11. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

JANE LYNN ATHORN, 47 and of Gordon Road in Christchurch, admitted speeding in Barrack Road in Christchurch on May 5, 2022. She was fined £153, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, ordered to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and got three points on her drivers’ licence.

LAUREN SARAH VELKOOP, 32 and of Langdon Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following her release from prison. She was handed a two-week prison sentence. At the same court appearance, she was given a criminal behaviour order lasting two years following her conviction on May 16 for offences of theft, assault by beating, possession of class C, failed bail, breach of PSS and drug driving.

XANDAAR LOFTUS, 18 and of Beswick Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made by Poole Youth Court on March 28. The original order was varied to contain new requirements including ‘participate in specified activity requirement for five days’.

DAVID DOWD, 42 and of Legion Close in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates Court on June 15. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

JAMIE JOHN ERIC WHEELER, 42 and of Wyvern Close in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on April 25. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

CIPRIAN TUCALIUC, 23 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance while in Poole Hill, Bournemouth, on August 20, 2022. He also failed to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on September 16, 2022, having been released on bail on August 22, 2022. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He was disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. He was also handed a community order with requirements to complete by November 9, 2024.

SEAN ALAN DODGE, 35 and of Damory Court in Blandford Forum, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on May 30. The original order was varied, with new rehabilitation activity requirements added.

TATE MONTY WATSON, 25 and of Ashley Road in New Milton, appeared for an offence of speeding in Bristol on March 13. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, ordered to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and got three points on his drivers’ licence.

GAVIN SHANE LOCKTON, 33 and of Manor Gardens in Verwood, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £50.

LIAM WILLIAMS, 18 and of Kinson Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made by Poole Youth Court on April 25. He was fined £50.

CLAIRE LOUISE DONNELLY, 46 and of Cunningham Crescent in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Salisbury Magistrates Court on July 11, 2022. The original community order was revoked, and another was made with new rehabilitation activity requirements. She was also ordered to pay £50 in costs.

RICHARD MARTIN PRICE, 41 and of Palmerston Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on November 18, 2022. The original suspended sentence was varied to become a prison sentence of five months suspended for 18 months. New rehabilitation activity requirements were also added to the order.
