AN SUV driver failed to stop for police and drove off down a B-road, say police
Officers tried to stop a silver Subaru Forester after it was seen being driven carelessly in Wimborne.
It is reported that the driver failed to stop for police, before driving off onto the B3078, at around 3.55pm on Monday, November 6.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
Police sergeant Natalie Skinner, of the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team, said: “I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed what happened, or the manner of the driving of the Subaru, to please get in touch.
“Also, I would like to hear from any motorists who will have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
