OVER the next fortnight we will be subject to almost nightly fireworks.
These will probably happen in between our ever frequent storms.
But it would make a pleasant change if some people would consider our pets & wildlife – and even our elderly, lonely residents that are watching constant news of bombing and war on the TV and must think it’s happening outside their windows at all hours of the night.

When will we ban the open sale of fireworks and stick to controlled displays that are as far away from residential areas as possible?
